Sign Design & Installation Process
Step 1
Introduction and Consultation
Approx. 1 hr.

We will meet on location or in our office to discuss what your needs are. 

Step 2
Estimate, Payment option, and Timeline
Approx. 1 to 2 days

We will discuss the estimate, project timeline, and payment and credit options. All projects require a 50% down payment unless a credit line has been extended. 

Step 3
Design
Approx. 3 to 5 days

This is the initial design process, were proofs are sent for approval to start production or be revised. 

Step 4
Design Approval
Approx. 1 day

Once you are happy with the design, you will sign off on the proof.

Step 5
Structure Owner Approval
Approx. 1 to 5 days

Once you approve yout artwork, we will notify the building owner if it is someone other than the purchaser of the sign to get approval.

Step 6
Sign Permit Application
Approx. 2 to 6 weeks

This process is determined through each municipality and the time frame varies based on the needs and criteria established by local ordinances. 

Step 7
Sign Production
Approx. 2 to 5 weeks

This timeline could be shorter or longer and is determined by raw material availability. 

Step 8
Sign Installation
Approx. 2 to 3 weeks

This timeline could be shorter or longer and is determined by raw material availability. 

Step 9
Final Payment
Approx. 5 min.

After the sign is installed the final payment is due immediately.
